29th Baden-Württemberg Women's Meeting 2026

For women living with HIV
or hepatitis C.

On this page, you will find all the information about the 29th Women’s Meeting of Aidshilfe Baden-Württemberg – from the program to registration.

We look forward to welcoming you!

Dear women,

Some of you have been living with HIV or hepatitis C for many years, others only recently. Some of you regularly meet with other women, for example in local support groups – others may rarely have the chance to connect. No matter where you’re at – the Baden-Württemberg Women’s Meeting offers you the opportunity to connect, share, and take part in engaging workshops that support you in living a healthy and fulfilling life with HIV or hepatitis C.

The next meeting will take place from September 24 to 27, 2026, at the Creglingen Youth Hostel.

All women are invited:

  • Cis and trans women
  • With and without an immigration background
  • With and without disability
  • Young and old

By the way: We’d love it if you shared our invitation with others!

Childcare

Would you like to bring your children?

Whether or not they know about your diagnosis, we offer professional and free childcare during the meeting. We understand the challenges of living with HIV/hepatitis C in a family and will adapt to your individual situation. While your children have fun together, you’ll have time to participate and relax.

Program

Thursday:

Arrival from 4:00 p.m.
Followed by 6:00 p.m. dinner, welcome and get-together

Friday:

Workshop: “Strong Connections: Self-Compassion, Inner Resources, and Ways Out of Loneliness” with a Dipl.-Psych. and psychological psychotherapist from Dresden. She is an expert on living with HIV, particularly as it relates to women and mental health.

Through knowledge, sharing, and strengthening personal resources, we support your physical, emotional, and mental health.

Saturday:

Workshop: “Well-Nourished, Strong Immune System: Nutrition for HIV and Hepatitis C” with Dr. Eva Franke-von Renouard, a specialist from Ulm.

This is a space for you to ask questions and discuss health issues related to HIV and hepatitis C. The workshop will focus on gut health, immune-boosting nutrition, and dietary supplements during antiretroviral therapy.

In the afternoon, there will be plenty of time for one-on-one conversations, group activities, and relaxation.

Sunday:

Feedback & farewell

Departure after lunch, around 2:00 p.m.

The workshops can be translated into English upon request by translators.
